My story

Everyone deserves to feel seen, understood and supported

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I’ve supported adolescents and adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions and emotional overwhelm, across both public mental health and private practice.

My approach is warm, genuine and collaborative. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, creating a safe and compassionate space where we can work together to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.

I see clients in person in Erina, and by telehealth anywhere in Australia.
